Fundraising

Fundraising for this project represented one of the biggest challenges we faced, but we've pulled it off - MEGATROPOLIS will grace the skyline of BRC!!! We've taken several approaches to raising funds, listed below, but we're still not done: why? because we want to have the baddest, craziest burn ever, and to do so, we're gonna keep gathering as much resources as we can so we can buy as much fuel as possible!!! Please help us achieve the singed eyebrows we so desperately crave by donating to the fuel n pyro fund using the bottom below!!!

Badass Themecamp

At the core of our effort is our themecamp, Minitropolis. Why? Because we used to run a relatively big themecamp called the Black Rock international Burner Hostel for many years, and we have built up a large amount of both infrastructure and experience - we are GOOD at running themecamps, and so it seems like the most natural way for us to raise moeny for the project. We won't be skimping on the camp, but any money left over will go towards the project. We hope to raise in the region of $10,000 via this channel.

Bay Area, Reno & Waiheke Fundraisers

All our major fundraising parties are now behind us - many many thanks to everyone who has already supported this project, with your epic support, MEGATROPOLIS is go!

Personal Donations

We are still welcoming private/public donations from anyone who just wants to chip in. Why? Because there is no upper limit to the amount of fuel and explosives we can add to the burning of MEGATROPOLIS.. do you like huge ass, completely over the top burns like we do? Materials, tools, and infrastructure donations

We are more than happy to make use of any and every piece of spare lumber, ply, or carpet anyone would like to contribute. Similarly, we'll happily and proudly make use of tools, nails, shade, and indeed anything that can reduce the overall cost of the build.
